Hi, I’m Amy
Personal Trainer & Online Coach
I’m a personal trainer from North London, specialising in strength and resistance weight training. I’ve been personal training for10+ years and training myself for almost 15.

I’ve gone through many journeys with my fitness, the most recent being my postpartum journey giving birth to my twin boys. However, before this, I was a runner and later moved into resistance and strength training. I even competed in bodybuilding competitions. This journey has helped me perfect my craft; enabling me to become a better coach.

My goal is to help you become the best version of yourself without restricting food groups or doing endless cardio. I want to help you understand nutrition and training giving you the tools to achieve your body goals and sustain it.

I am very big on lifestyle changes as opposed to quick fixes that never last and quite frankly are very socially restrictive. I don’t believe in cutting any food groups out but I do believe In educating my clients about nutrition so they can learn how to eat in moderation whilst having a thriving social life and enjoying their food!
My goal is to help you feel at your best whilst learning to have a good balance with your fitness, nutrition, and life so that you achieve the results you desire and love the process!
I have two options available for coaching either face-to-face gym-based coaching in my private studio or online which can be done from anywhere!

For gym-based clients, I am based in the North London/Hertfordshire area and cater for 1:1 or group sessions if you're looking to train with a friend.
​
My online coaching provides everything that my face-to-face clients receive however, I'm just in your pocket. Whether you like to train at home or in a gym I have you covered with all your training and nutrition needs.
